Purpose

This Geomi NFT Content Policy (“Content Policy”) outlines acceptable practices and prohibited uses, including the types of NFT Studio Assets that you are prohibited from creating on Geomi, currently available at geomi.dev, or any other part of the Service (as defined in the Aptos Terms) that enables you to create, or facilitates the creation of, NFT Studio Assets. By creating a Geomi account or otherwise accessing and/or using the Service, you agree to and are bound by this Content Policy and agree that you will not create any NFT Studio Assets available on or through Geomi or any other part of the Service that violates this Content Policy. You also acknowledge that you are bound and subject to the Aptos Labs (“Aptos”) Terms of Service (“Terms”) and that you have read and understood the Aptos Labs Privacy Policy. Terms not expressly defined herein, including the term “NFT Studio Assets” shall have the meaning defined in the Terms.

NFT Studio Assets and any other related User Content that you create on Geomi, that do not comply with this Content Policy, or that Aptos in its sole discretion deems inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal are absolutely prohibited. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Aptos reserves the right, but not the obligation, to discretionarily determine the appropriateness of NFT Studio Assets and any other related User Content hosted on or made available through the Service and to remove any such User Content, including any NFT Studio Assets, from the Service or terminate your account at any time, as further described in the Terms. Aptos also reserves the right to destroy inappropriate or illegal metadata stored on our servers, if any.

Aptos also reserves the right to investigate and, if it believes that any illicit or otherwise criminal activity may have occurred, Aptos reserves the right to refer the matter to, and to cooperate with, any and all applicable legal authorities.

Prohibited Content

NFT Studio Assets and any other related User Content that contains any of the following are strictly prohibited from being created, minted, stored, or distributed on Geomi:

1. Illegal and Harmful Content
   • NFT Studio Assets that violate any law or regulation, including content that promotes or contains violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities.
   • NFT Studio Assets that incite hate, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
   • NFT Studio Assets depicting nudity or other sexually suggestive content, content that promotes or facilitates sexually related services, or minors in sexually suggestive situations.
   • NFT Studio Assets that, as determined in our sole and absolute discretion, are graphic, vulgar, include profanity, are otherwise offensive, inappropriate for users under 18, or that are intended to be age-restricted.
   • NFT Studio Assets that are abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another’s privacy.
   • NFT Studio Assets that promote or facilitate the sale of narcotics, regulated goods, and any controlled substances.
   • NFT Studio Assets created or used primarily or substantially for the purpose of raising funds for known terrorist organizations.
2. Misleading or Fraudulent Content
   • NFT Studio Assets that misrepresent their nature, source, ownership, or value.
   • NFT Studio Assets designed to deceive or defraud users, including counterfeit or plagiarized content.
3. Intellectual Property Violations
   • NFT Studio Assets that violate applicable intellectual property laws or otherwise infringe on the intellectual property rights of others without proper authorization.
4. Malicious Code
   • NFT Studio Assets containing viruses, worms, malicious programs or code, or any software designed to harm or disrupt Geomi or its users.
5. Prohibited Financial Instruments – You are prohibited from creating ****NFT Studio Assets and any other related User Content that may be subject to financial regulation. This includes, but is not limited to:
   • Securities, Investment Contracts, and Other Regulated Financial Assets – NFT Studio Assets resembling financial instruments like securities, bonds, investment contracts, derivatives products (options, futures contracts, etc.), or any other regulated financial product or instrument.
   • Convertible Virtual Currency: NFT Studio Assets that are intended to act as convertible virtual currency, meaning virtual currency that either has an equivalent value as currency, acts as a substitute for currency, a medium of exchange, store of value, or unit of account.
   • Pre-Paid Access: NFT Studio Assets that function as a form of pre-paid credit or voucher that can be redeemed for a set amount of goods, services, or other currency.
6. Illegal Gambling
   • NFT Studio Assets that promote or facilitate illegal gambling or other games of chance where money or valuable assets are at stake.
7. Misuse of Personal Information
   • NFT Studio Assets containing personal or confidential information about individuals without their consent, spam, machine-generated content, or otherwise objectionable content.

Enforcement

Violation of this Content Policy may lead to the removal of the NFT Studio Assets, suspension or termination of the user’s account, and other legal or regulatory actions as deemed necessary.

Copyright

We reserve the right to remove NFT Studio Assets or other related User Content that violate this Content Policy or we otherwise deem inappropriate, including for example, copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, indecent material or harassment.
